STORE POLICY
I make everything that you see on this site the "old fashioned way" by hand one item at a time using quality materials.
That’s a little bit different than buying something off of a shelf, or for that matter an item that a store has bought from a manufacturer or a wholesaler who bought from a foreign manufacturer.
Most everything you see on Flying Seven Brand is in my current inventory, in the description given with the picture (sizes, color, etc.). This inventory will change frequently, however, especially in sizes and colors. So if you have a special need, a better idea, or any kind of a question, the best thing to do is to contact me.
This also applies to any problems with items that you order. Remembering that I am a "one person shop", patience and understanding with any order is always appreciated.
I have had to discontinue Master Card and Visa orders, but most everything else works also, except for livestock. I don’t like to trade for livestock. Too messy and hard to ship! My preferred method these days is that I ship your order and once it's received and you give it the "once over" you send a personal check, or a money order to cover the amount due, plus shipping.
When you order, you pay the shipping which can either be by U.S.P.S. Priority Mail (I like) or U.P.S. whichever you prefer. Insurance is an option (you pay), but confirmed delivery is not.
Also, if you have a store of your own and would like to carry a line, I will happily wholesale. Please don't hesitate to ask! I’ll try to make it easy for you, but sorry I don’t do consignment.
I’ve tried to keep things simple. My primary goal is to make all my customers happy. Bottom line!
